How do I share my location?

Open a session you've joined, then tap Share Location. Your location will be visible to other participants on the map until you stop sharing or the session ends.

Why isn't my location updating for others?

Make sure you have granted PinGroup "Always" location permission in your iPhone Settings for background updates to work. Check Settings → PinGroup → Location → Always.

How do I invite someone to a session?

Open the session, tap Invite, and share the generated link. Anyone with the link can join the session.

How do I add a friend?

Go to the Friends tab, tap the person+ icon, and search by name or email. Alternatively, tap the share icon to generate a friend invite link.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at [email protected] with your registered email address and we will delete your account and all associated data within 7 days.
