• Account information — your email address and display name when you sign in.
• Location data — your precise GPS location while you have sharing enabled in a session. Location is only transmitted to other participants of the same session and is not stored after the session ends.
• Device token — used to send push notifications. We do not use this for advertising.

How We Use Your Information

• To show your location to other participants in sessions you have joined and enabled sharing for.
• To send push notifications about session activity.
• To authenticate your account securely.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Location data is shared only with other participants of the same session, only while you have sharing enabled.

Data Retention

Location data is not persisted after a session ends. Account data is retained until you delete your account. You may request deletion by contacting us at [email protected].

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. We use industry-standard practices to protect your information.

Children

PinGroup is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
